Our Studio

Located in the South Bronx, our studios are situated in a former paper-clip factory overlooking all of Manhattan's East Side and the Harlem River. Filled with photographers and sculptors, furniture makers and ceramicists, our building creates community and collaboration between makers of all kinds. When a kiln is down, we share ours or use theirs. When a new piece is made a neighboring photographer photographs it.

Our Pottery Studio in New York City

New York Stoneware operates from a production pottery studio in New York, where ceramicist William Reardon and the team create every piece by hand. The studio houses our potter's wheels, kiln, glazing station, and packing area — the full lifecycle of handmade pottery under one roof.

The energy of New York City infuses everything we make. The studio is a working space where clay becomes art on a daily basis, and visitors can see the entire process firsthand.
